As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I highly value each person’s individual experience and offer a collaborative, strengths-based approach to therapy. I believe that everyone has a unique story and I feel honored to listen and share in that story. My therapeutic style is grounded in compassion and empathy. I strive to create a comfortable, supportive, safe space for clients to feel respected and understood.
I have experience working with children and adolescents (ages 3-18) with emotional and behavioral difficulties as well as developmental and/or cognitive disorders. I have worked with both children and adults on the Autism Spectrum along with other developmental issues. I have a special interest in helping restore and strengthen parent/child relationships and increasing the connection between them.
Additionally, I work with adults and couples dealing with issues such as:
- Life transitions
- Relationship Issues
- Grief and loss
- Divorce and Co-parenting
- Family of origin issues
- Women's Issues
- Stress management
- Conflict resolution
I look forward to getting to know you!
